Five Create Product Security & Telecommunications Infrastructure Policy

Statement of Compliance

Five Create complies with current Product Security & Telecommunications policy as laid out by the UK government in the Product Security & Telecommunications Infrastructure Act 2022.

All relevant connected products created by or on the behalf of Five Create feature security measures centre on user-generated passwords. No default password is provided to the end-user at any time.

Five Create will provide ongoing security updates for all relevant Internet-connected products on an indefinite basis. These updates will be rolled out automatically via WiFi connection on an annual basis.

For Five Create goods purchased from a third-party retailer, these updates will also be rolled out automatically though notification of such via email may not be possible.

Records 

Records are maintained and held of all security updates and any security event that occurs in relation to Five Create’s products.
